How can you get started in GOLD’SFIT?
First, show up to any class. Experience it. After you’ve tried it, you can “Jump In” or choose “On Ramp”. Most new GOLD’SFIT members start with “On Ramp”, which consists of three one-onone, hour-long sessions with a GOLD’SFIT certified coach. In each session, you will learn how to properly execute the foundational movements of GOLD’SFIT as well as get a taste for the real thing through a challenging workout with your certified coach. After your “On Ramp,” you are ready for GOLD’SFIT.
How much does it cost?
